Christopher Keyser has earned dismissals, not guilty verdicts, and reduced charges for clients charged with homicide, criminal sexual conduct, robbery, burglary, assault, DWI/DUI, and many other misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, and felonies.  Prior to forming Keyser Law Firm, Christopher Keyser worked with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where he investigated, prosecuted and litigated matters on behalf of the government before federal district and immigration courts.  Christopher Keyser handles all criminal charges throughout Minnesota in state and federal court.

Katie DeGrio Channing has been working in the field of immigration law since 2002. She is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses find the right immigration path to achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams.  Ms. DeGrio Channing is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, the Federal District Court of Minnesota, and the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeal and has testified as an expert witness on immigration issues in state court proceedings.

Ms. DeGrio Channing represents major corporations, small businesses, individuals and families in non-immigrant visas, permanent resident applications, consular processing, waivers, naturalization, U visas, and appeals. As a small business owner, she understands the need for competent and diligent representation at an afforable price.

Ms. DeGrio Channing has always made service to the community a central part of her personal and professional life. She founded the Duluth/Vaxjo Youth Cultural Soccer Exchange in 1999 and has continued to advocate and educate the community to help overcome cultural barriers. She has successfully handled pro bono cases for local non-profits which included assisting clients with waivers of inadmissibility in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and filing U non-immigrant visa applications for crime victims. She also serves a U visa mentor for the Immigration Law Center of Minnesota's pro bono U visa project.
