Prior to forming Keyser Criminal Defense, Mr. Keyser worked with the United States Department of Homeland Security and the United States Department of Justice where he investigated, prosecuted and litigated matters on behalf of the federal government before federal district and immigration courts. His prior work experience also includes a position at one of the largest immigration law firms in Minneapolis.
As a native Minnesotan raised in a middle-class family, Mr. Keyser has a deep appreciation for working families and their everyday struggles. He became an attorney to help Minnesotans navigate our complex legal system, ensure their rights are protected and their voices heard. As an officer of the court, Mr. Keyser believes in the notion of client service and that legal advocacy can be both affordable and outstanding.

Alexander S. Fasching
Law Clerk
A native of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Mr. Fasching received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, majoring in Global Studies and Geography, and minoring in History. In 2009, Mr. Fasching graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. While in law school, Mr. Fasching gained experience as a member of the International Law Students Association, having completed his first year of law school at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. Mr. Fasching’s diverse legal interests are matched by his heightened interest in international public policy and indigenous affairs issues.
