1. First-Degree Arson (maximum of 20 years imprisonment and/or a $20,000 fine)
2. Second-Degree Arson (maximum of 10 years imprisonment and/or a $20,000 fine)
3. Third-Degree Arson (maximum of 5 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine)
4. Fourth-Degree Arson (maximum of 1 year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine)
5. Fifth-Degree Arson (maximum of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine)
6. Wildfire Arson (maximum of 5 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine)
7. Negligent Fires (maximum of 5 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine)
